چکیده

The virialization shock around an X-ray cluster primarily heats the ions, since they carry most of the kinetic energy of the infalling gas. Subsequently, the ions share their thermal energy with the electrons through Coulomb collisions. We quantify the expected temperature difference between the electrons and ions as a function of radius and time, based on a spherical self-similar model for the accretion of gas by a cluster in an Ω = 1, h50 = 1 universe. Clusters with X-ray temperatures Tx = 4–10× 107 K, show noticeable differences between their electron and ion temperatures at radii ∼> 2Mpc. High resolution spectroscopy with future X-ray satellites such as Astro E may be able to determine the ion temperature in intracluster gas from the width of its X-ray emission lines, and compare it to the electron temperature as inferred from the free-free emission spectrum. Any difference between these temperatures can be used to date the period of time that has passed since the infalling gas joined the cluster. Are Large X–ray Clusters at Thermal Equilibrium?

We simulate the formation of a large X–ray cluster using a fully 3D hydrodynamical code coupled to a Particle–Mesh scheme which models the dark matter component. We focus on a possible decoupling between electrons and ions temperatures. We then solve the energy transfer equations between electrons, ions and neutrals without assuming thermal equilibrium between the three gases (Te 6= Ti 6= Tn). ...

In this paper, the chromium doped spinel zinc ferrite nanoparticles were synthesized by using of glycine as a fuel with microwave combustion method. After preparing the samples  with x = 0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, the electromagnetic and electrical properties such as dielectric constant, ac conductivity, dielectric loss factor (and Curie temperature were investigated. According to the results, in...

Merger Shocks and Nonthermal Processes in Clusters of Galaxies

Clusters of galaxies generally form by the gravitational merger of smaller clusters and groups. Major cluster mergers are the most energetic events in the Universe since the Big Bang. Mergers drive shocks into the intracluster gas, and these shocks heat the intracluster gas, and should also accelerate nonthermal relativistic particles. The thermal effects of merger shocks will be briefly discus...

Removal of Cd(II) ions from contaminated water by a new modified magnetic chitosan nano composite

Magnetic chitosan nanocomposites are one of the more recent advanced groups of adsorbents used to remove contaminants from waste water. In this research, N- Nicotinyl-N', N"-bis (Hexamethylenyl) phosphoric triamide (HE) was used as an additive to form a new nanocomposite with the structure of chitosan / 5% Fe3O4 Nps/10% HE resulting in the highly efficient removal of Cd(II...

The Temperature and Mass Effects on Dust Grain Electrical Potential in Dusty Plasma

By orbit-limited motion (OLM) theory and the kinetic model, currents carried by electronsand ions on the dust grain are obtained and the effects of temperature and drift velocity of ions on thedust grain electrical potential are considered. The calculations were performed for finding the role of densities of dust grains and ions on the dust grain electrical potential which is the ma...
